The school currently has two campuses: the Riverside Campus and the City Campus. The Riverside Campus, established in 2003, covers ages two through grade twelve and is located in Bangkok's Sathorn financial district near the Chao Phraya River with convenient transportation. The City Campus, established in 2018, currently offers programs from age two to grade seven, is located in downtown Bangkok, and features modern facilities. Shrewsbury International School follows the British National Curriculum, divided into different Key Stages, ultimately offering IGCSE and A-Level courses. Grades ten to eleven comprise Key Stage Four, where students must study core subjects including English, English Literature, Mathematics, and Science, while also selecting from various elective courses. Grades twelve to thirteen form Key Stage Five, where students can choose A-Level courses. The school offers several distinctive programs, including Chinese-English bilingual teaching, STEM and innovation training, and comprehensive arts and sports curricula.
